This is going to hurt...

The doctor gave me 18 gauge needles when I usually do the trigger shot with a 21 (see the difference???)...oh, this is about to suck!!!

    I had to do the trigger last night at 1030. It wasn't all that horrible because put an icepack on my butt first.
